The property: Cinnamon Coloureds is a 107 acre farm running sheep. On the block are karri forest, marris, a variety of understorey plants, tee-tree and peppermints.
Facilities for you: Quality, spacious, well equipped and purpose built, self catering cottages are located 6 minutes from the Denmark village. Fully equipped kitchens with natural wood bench tops, 4 burner gas stoves with grills and ovens, microwave ovens, refrigerators, crockery and cutlery (including wine glasses) etc. Self catering (provisions can be supplied by prior arrangement)
Facilities for your horse: yards with shelters/overnight and holiday stays available, access to off site trail riding - maps available. Access to Ocean Beach and Ratcliffe Bay.
Other facilities: 10 minutes to the beach - either the safe 'Prawn Rock' channel at Ocean Beach or the protected William Bay National Park pools - Greens Pool or Elephant Rocks. For surf there is Ocean beach.
Within 10 to 15 minutes are the dozen or so wineries established in the district. Several offer excellent dining as well as tasting of their wines.
A 40 minute drive takes you to Albany, Walpole or Mt Barker. Here you have historic buildings, more wineries, bush walks, forest trails and scenic walks and drives. Sorry - no dogs.

There's no telephone to disturb the peace and tranquillity but every other modern convenience is available including a television, stereo and microwave.
Facilities for your horse: yards (rails)/irrigated paddocks (rails)/BYO fencing permitted/feed available on site (cost)/overnight and holiday stays permitted. Arena/trails on site.
Other facilities: Bushwalking, bird watching, nature lovers paradise (over 200 acres of natural bush). Only 20 minutes from the ocean. Sorry - no dogs allowed.
