The property: In the very heart of the Fleurieu Peninsula, Lanyon comprises two properties located closely together - the Lanyon Homestead and the Lanyon Weekender.
Facilities for you: The Lanyon Weekender, a 50 acre property less than 1km from the Homestead, provides accommodation for up to 8 people. The rural retreat is an ideal place to get away. Or, if you prefer to get closer to nature, camping is available.
Facilities for your horse: Electric fenced yards with shelters, paddocks (shared or exclusive use). BYO fencing permitted and feed is easily obtained. Short term, long term or holiday agistment available. Ride in the arena or venture out on to the quiet country roads. Riding lessons are available - on your horse or theirs.
Other facilities: The Lanyon Homestead comprises 30 acres of horse paddocks and infrastructure. There is a 20m by 60m all-weather floodlit arena as well as show jump and cross country training facilities. Ride a horse, visit the local cafes, take a long walk along Heysen trail (walking trail only - no horses), or simply relax in the quiet with a good book. McLaren Vale Wine district is only 35km away. Dogs allowed.
